Hello,

Just thought i would recap this week. Have done much sightseeing here, visited many Amish stores and markets.. the scenery here is just gorgeous! Only problem is, it is still quite cool and is supposed to be all week. I have about 10 days till we leave for Americade and I am thinking I will need to purchase a pair of long johns if it doesn't warm up a bit by then. Even a Peony festival has been pushed up another weekend because they just are not ready to bloom. I guess it is not nice to fool with Mother Nature.

I have seen about 5 of the finger lakes, I think there are 11 all together but will touch a few more as this week goes on. It's actually been too cool to get on the bike and do the sightseeing but hopefully that will change. I know by the middle of the tour I will be hoping for cooler weather.

Well, I did my load of wash for the week, I can get used to having washer and dryer available for sure. I have passed out many brochures, keep them with me whenever I go anywhere and be sure to let them know that help is available and the good works that the United Breast Cancer Foundation does and probably most important the early screening and detection.

Well, more places to go this week. There is a fantastic gorge near here so that will be another kodak moment and def. a pr of long johns is in the near future.... take care. I will blog again in a few days...
